Thank you for trusting us with your healthcare curtain needs! Please review our shipping and returns policy prior to finalizing your order.


We offer free FED-EX ground shipping for your convenience and give you the option to include delivery instructions or notes when you check out. Since our products are all made to order, we require a 2-3 week lead time for manufacturing and shipping. In cases where products or materials are on backorder, the lead time will be increased. We will notify you of this happens so you always know what to expect.

If you order your curtains and track at the same time, we will make sure they are shipped out together. If you order them separately, you can expect the curtain track and hardware to arrive before the curtains. We invite you to contact our customer service department if you have a very large order so that we can make appropriate shipping arrangements.


Since all of our healthcare curtains are made to order, they cannot be returned. Cubicle track is returnable only if it is in “like new” condition. A re-stock fee of 20% will be applied to any cubicle track orders that are returned.
